submit, post, or display on or through ConsultantCloud.io. By submitting
content, users grant ConsultantCloud.io a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce,
distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in
connection with the service and ConsultantCloud.io's business.
9. User-Generated Content
ConsultantCloud.io allows users to post content, including
comments, photos, messages, and other materials. Users are solely responsible
for the content they post and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
ConsultantCloud.io reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor or
take action regarding disputes that you may have with other users of
ConsultantCloud.io.
